Meals are buffet-style and self-selecting. While effort will be made to address most food concerns e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free etc.,severe food allergies may not be accommodated by the university.
Language Translation/Interpretation
Whisper Translation: The interpreter is seated or standing among the delegates and interprets simultaneously directly into the ear of the delegates.

Travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel to Rendez-vous 2017. You are invited to consider your mode of travel and how to offset your carbon footprint. Please use the carbon footprint calculator.
