Visitor code of conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse registration or request that an attendee leave the event if the conduct of the attendee is deemed to be disruptive to the event. Pharmacy U is a business to business forum, therefore access is restricted to persons 19 years of age and older.
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show or conference without prior written permission from show management. Those found recording or taking pictures without authorization will be asked to leave the event. Conference management also reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or to delete media storage.
If visitors interfere with business being conducted between sponsors and other visitors or offend any other exhibitor or visitor they will be asked to leave the event immediately.
Please use the coat check for luggage.
Sponsors of Pharmacy U may offer free samples of their products to visitors. Please do not take sample items unless offered. Visitors that take what is deemed by conference management as excessive amounts of offered samples will be asked to leave the event.
Visitors are not allowed to hand out sales brochures, flyers, samples or other sales material to other visitors at the conference. Sales brochures or flyers left about the show will be thrown away. Visitors trying to distribute sales material at the show will be asked to leave the event.
For cancellation/refunds
, a written notice must be received by January 3, 2018 and is subject to a $50 administration fee. Registrations received after January 3, 2018 are non-refundable.
