Our ministry with young people is ultimately about faith. Everything we do from conferences like Rendez-vous to mission trips to youth group to worship to sharing coffee at Timmy’s is ultimately about helping to form a vibrant, sustaining faith in God with our young people. So what do we do that helps grow that faith and what do we do that might hinder that growth? This workshop, designed for adult leaders, will examine seven specific practices that help nurture a strong faith among our young people.
