As a trained Spiritual Director and Youth Coordinator, Karen will share: how she is using contemplative practices in youth ministry, how to implement a Faith Journey group and the difference all this is making in the lives of the youth. We will also explore and experiment with a few spiritual practices during the session in groups and on our own.
